Privacy notice

This notice explains how BLS Ecoboosts (Willow Industries, Tyland Lane, Maidstone, Kent ME14 3BN) uses the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you book online we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration and model, any notes you add and, for mobile bookings, your postcode and address.

Why we use it

Only to arrange and carry out the work you've booked, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of the work for your vehicle's service history. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.

Who else sees it

Your booking is stored securely with Supabase (database hosting), and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. The website is hosted by Vercel. Postcodes for mobile bookings are checked with postcodes.io to measure the distance. These providers only process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for up to 6 years, for warranty and accounting purposes, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is a login cookie for the owner's admin area.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email blsecoboosts@gmail.com or call 07562 952575. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
